In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical knowledge about the Cortex XDR product. You will also provide full technical support for new configurations, inquiries, or troubleshooting related to the product. What do we need? Experience in a SOC, CSIRT, or MDR.
Junior Customer Incident Engineer MDR
In this position, you will detect and analyze cybersecurity alerts and incidents that arise in incident management tools managed by the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service. What are we looking for? Experience with XDR/SIEM. B2-level English proficiency.
